A little damp but . . .

turns out any poodle that can get used to a dog thong can also learn to like a wet diaper.

what the diaper people don't tell you - dogs need a bath after they sit soaking in their own pee. am washing a load of laundry consisting of: 1 diaper, 1 poodle. also being strict w/him on walks - only allowed to pee at his own tree. poop - well, once the load gets to a certain point in the canal, there's no stopping it, so i give him a little latitude.

also buying a couple more beds - one for the kitchen, one for the hall. he seems to avoid peeing where he likes to nap.

also called the trainer.

also taped up the counter. 2nd stick of butter = last straw.

Did you eat the butter?

. . . on the plus side, the mystery of the OTHER missing stick of butter is solved.
 

oh the humiliation.

and in the meantime, weegee just plays and plays.

New haircuts, new beds . . .

new diaper, new gentle leaders, new leash . . . on life? let's see . . . danny SOAKED the diaper the first day he wore it i think. even as it was being washed and dried, he managed to mark the kitchen again. had another incident in the diaper but this time just a small squirt. let's call it progress.

thursday he ate the fillings of half a sausage and cheese calzone, and broke into the marinara, which he spilled on the car seat, the drawings the paperwork . . . everything smells like tomatoes.

weegee ate 1/2 lb. of feta today.
